How do I know I can trust the Smart Home system installer?

Rest assured, we maintain a stringent policy of conducting comprehensive background checks on all our staff. No one is permitted on site if they have any blemishes on their record.

What is your first step? How do you start upgrading my house to a luxury smart home?

The first step is to have a consultation visit at home. We then find out what your desires and needs are. I then put together a bid for the devices and the installation. You pay half upfront, and we will schedule a day when we can come in and install and combine the devices. I then go over with you how to use it.

My home security now has an all inclusive smart home system so why should I use the Smart Home System?

It is very user-friendly, it integrates a broader range of smart devices. No other control/app can combine the number of devices as ours.

What all can be included on the Smart Home System?

Thermostats
Doorbells and Cameras
Garage access
Lighting and switches, Locks
Music, Security, Shades, Hot Tubs, Pet Feeders etc.

How much does it cost? If it varies give me a range.

Anywhere from 2,000 to 12,000. Just depends on how many devices you want installed and combined.

Do you offer payment plans for the more expensive smart home system upgrades?

Not at this time.

What if I am not happy with the Home Smart System installation?

Then I will come out there personally and make it right.

Is there maintenance involved with my smart home system?

No. The Smart Home system in on your WiFi. It gets updates every 2 weeks automatically at 3:00AM.

What if something doesn’t work? Who do I call?

You would call the manufacturer. If they do not help, then you would call me directly.
